David L. Ross is President of David L. Ross and Associates, a leading offshore outsourcing advisory firm based in New York City with associates in developing markets around the world. He has written several articles and custom research reports about outsourcing, offshoring, and global sourcing and is a frequent speaker on topics of global sourcing strategy, site selection, vendor selection, and program management to executives from around the world. David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is currently pursuing his MBA part-time through NYU-Stern School of Business Saturday program.
