Previously, Stuart held senior IT management positions at Synopsys Incorporated and Cadence Design Systems, and has worked/published in the field of Information Technology and Information Transfer for fifteen years.

Oliver Lewis Houck

Mr. Houck is an information technology professional and business executive with extensive experience in planning and acquisition for outsourcing of information technology, telecommunications and business process services. Mr. Houck has consulted with major corporations in North America, Europe and Central Asia, as well as with start-up companies. He has assisted clients in all phases of outsourcing from identifying requirements and creating a plan of action, developing a Request for Proposal (RFP), vendor selection and evaluation, contract negotiation, and governance. He has extensive experience in assisting in the evaluation and decision making process of companies looking to outsource all or parts of their Information Technology functions, including mainframe services, WAN and LAN support, desktop services, asset management and disposal, and web hosting.
