Mission Statement

Offshore Outsourcing Best Practices association (OOBP.org) is an association that aims to increase the effectiveness of the software outsourcing industry within the segment of small and medium enterprises (SME) by sharing best practices and facilitating knowledge exchange. OOBP.org provides thought leadership through the network of certified professionals and relevant industry organizations, publications and research initiatives.

General Policies

  1. Membership into OOBP.org is by invitation only
  2. There is to be no SPAM within OOBP.org
  3. Buyer side only may participate in OOBP.org
  4. All members must pay a nominal fee
  5. All members are expected to actively contribute to forum issues

Member Benefits

  1. Save money by avoiding consulting fees regarding outsourcing
  2. Opportunity to network among members for a stronger knowledge base concerning offshore outsourcing policies and procedures
  3. Company exposure through case study contributions
