Vendor Selection for Software Outsourcing Projects Webinar

OOBP.org is hosting a webinar in conjunction with IAOP on the topic of Vendor Selection for Software Outsourcing Projects this August 3rd, 2006. The discussion centers on the critical choices that SME companies are facing, inviting outsourcing leaders to offer creative suggestions and advice from their experience in the industry.
The webinar panel features OOBP Founder, Eugene Goland, Kevinson Paige Inc President, Oliver Houck and ThinkStrategies Founder, Jeff Kaplan. Eugene Goland, experienced outsourcing leader, presents outsourcing industry trends from the results of OOBP’s vendor selection survey. Oliver Houck, expert in outsourcing governance and acquisition, establishes criteria for selecting a vendor by explaining the pros and cons of existing certifications. The final panelist, managing director and consultant Jeff Kaplan evaluates the SaaS alternative for meeting business objectives.
OOBP presents an informative session for clients and vendors to sharpen their understanding of the issues involved in vendor selection and global partnership. The webinar is a source of information for future decision making and a resource for the improvement of current business practices.
